>> Method

• To ensure fairness and openness, and to avoid conflict of interests, the applicants and their judges can not come from the same institution.
• Entries will be judged by one of the eight-category committees and those submitted to the "Research Thesis Group" will be reviewed anonymously. Each committee contains 3 judges who will review 10-12 entries. After the preliminary review, each committee will select one entry for the final competition.

>> Judging Criteria

• 20%
  Scheme of thesis, such as theoretical framework, logic of organization, reference, written expression, etc.
• 25%
  Method of research, such as theories and theoretical concepts, inferential models, data collections and research methods, etc.
• 25%
  Innovation contribution of the thesis, such as originality of topic, unique opinions, etc.
• 30%
  Contribution to practice and academia, such as the insight of management perspective, relationship with the reference, etc.
